Carla Scheder

I am a Native of Rehoboth Beach with family dating back as early as 1740. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1996 and worked in resort rentals for twelve years before transferring exclusively into sales in 2001. Our attention to detail, honesty and natural enthusiasm for helping others are just a few of the things that make us stand out with our clients. I LOVE Real Estate because it provides an avenue for me to be the kind of person that makes a positive impact on the lives of others.  Every client has unique needs, concerns, and goals and we work hard to custom tailor a personalized solution.
Real Estate and Rehoboth Beach is in my blood. As the daughter of a successful- award winning real estate professional and educator, I was raised listening to stories and learning lessons on marketing, persuasion, presentation and problem solving. Growing up in a real estate family, I understand the importance of service, hard work and sincere enthusiasm. 
I oversee all daily operations, manage the listing and selling process, and negotiate on behalf of clients to ensure that their interests are well-represented. So often, real estate transactions are stressful, lack communication and outside-the-box problem solving… and they don’t have to! I work hard to make sure they don’t with my never-give-up / find a way attitude that honestly annoys my husband sometimes! 
In order for me to keep a cool head and positive attitude in my busy life I take time daily to enjoy many of the things I LOVE which include — staying fit, clean eating, yoga, self-help books, self improvement, being a health and wellness coach, all kinds of music, singing loudly in the car, exploring area State Parks, walking the boardwalk, photography, my cats and dogs and spending time with my amazing kids Luke and Grace and my husband, Steve. 
Delivering a 5 star experience comes natural to me with my years of client relationship experience. My success is built on relationships and I continually provide extraordinary client care. I continually communicate and help with details every step of the way. Our customer service extends long after closing day. I take pride in my career, I care about people, and I believe you will see and feel the evidence of both.
