North Shores
North Shores is a private community located adjacent to Henlopen Acres, just north of Rehoboth Beach along the Atlantic. Some of the most exclusive Delaware real estate and luxury homes can be found here. Nearly 300 homes are located here with almost 100 being either Condos or Townhomes. Many homes are located directly on the ocean and the condos here offer spectacular views.
